In this project commissioned by authors Kate Simpson and Ellen Watson of Take Two: A Journal for New Beginnings, I created five illustrated sketchnotes for their online course based on the Take Two guided journal. The journal and online course are designed to offer people ways to build their own internal resilience when dealing with a difficult transition or time in their life. These research illustrations explain the science/benefits of the five main tools featured in their journal:

-Neuroplasticity
-Journaling
-Mindfulness/Self-Compassion/Gratitude
-Mindset
-Compassion

The project brief involved visually portraying scientific research in a friendly and understandable way using hand-lettering, icons, and decorative botanical elements.

I was commissioned by Aircall, a communications company based in Paris, to illustrate portraits of 15 employees in celebration of International Women’s Day. The artwork uses the Aircall brand’s official color palette. Final portraits were used in social media marketing.
