I feel lucky to get to share my birthday today with the release of it. I love this book so much! I know I’m a little biased because it’s mine, but I think it’s pretty unique and there isn’t too much out there that’s like it. I’m so in love with how it turned out, thanks to all the help from my amazing publisher, Andrews McMeel, and my equally amazing literary agent, Laurie Abkemeier. There was so much work and emotion and time that went into this project and I think I really grew as an illustrator and as a writer while working on it. I’m so excited for you to finally be able to read it!
